The moist coffee cake with chocolate icing

For the dough:
220g butter
60g cocoa powder
15 g of espresso is brewed in 150 ml of water,
2 eggs
400 g of sugar

250 g flour

10 ml of sugar syrup

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, stirring well to add cocoa, pour the espresso, remove the pan from the heat.
Sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and sour cream mix well, add the cocoa slowly mixing.
Mix well.
Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add chocolate and egg mixture. All mix well.
Then pour the batter into a well greased baking dish. Bake until golden, about 60 minutes. When you pull out of the oven, leave to cool for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: Melt the ingredients in a water bath, mix well and pour over cake.
