Milk — 1/2 liter
Sugar — 3 cups
Milk powder — 1 Cup
Butter — 100 g

1. To begin, mix all ingredients except butter.

2. Put this mass into the pan and cook, while constantly stirring, at a minimum fire, until, still sweet, the mass takes on a brownish tint.

3. Once the mixture turns brown, add in butter and cook is already in a state of complete readiness.

To prepare the caramel will take about 1.5 hours time. If less than the specified cooking time, it will turn out not caramel and boiled condensed milk. In case, if you overcook the caramel — get a toffee.
