THE DESSERT «STRAWBERRIES UNDER THE SNOW»

Composition:

-3 tbsp gelatin + 1 tbsp. water;
-0,5 L. sour cream + 1 tbsp. sugar + vanilla;
-strawberry (banana or kiwi)

Method of preparation:

Gelatin cover with water and set aside. Sour cream mix with sugar and vanilla (just to mix, not beat, then softer and airy work). Gelatin put on the fire and constantly stir until smooth (to boil not to bring). Then pour in a thin stream of sour cream, stirring carefully.

In the form (to put food film, if you will lay out) to spread out the strawberries and pour the jelly mass. To cool and refrigerate.
