Sweet sausage for tea


· Biscuits (shortbread, such as «Jubilee») — 600 g
· Butter — 200 g
· Cocoa powder — 2 tbsp
· Milk — 1/2 Cup.
· Sugar — 1 C.

Sweet sausage for tea


1. Cookies crumble with your hands or using a rolling pin (by placing the cookies in a package).
2. Cocoa mix with sugar.
3. Butter cut into pieces and melt in a saucepan, add milk, add cocoa with sugar.
4. Put on the stove and heat stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved (but do not boil!). Remove from heat, stir in crushed biscuits until creamy.
5. Roll sausages, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours. Chop, sausage.
You can also add instead of sugar of condensed milk, and with cookies — walnuts.
