Spicy Spanish soup with sausages

— 4 quarts of chicken broth
— 4-5 potatoes
tomato (you two)
— 3-4 PCs. of hunter sausages
— 1-2 cloves of garlic
— bell pepper
— the onion
— paprika
— fresh herbs
— spices (to taste)

Spicy Spanish soup with sausages

1. Slice the sausages and fry them in a pan in olive oil.
2. In a pan add chopped garlic, carrots, hot spices, onions, grate the tomatoes, chop the bell pepper, paprika. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the sausage is Golden brown.
3. Heat chicken broth and add the sliced potatoes, grilled sausages with vegetables, salt, spices, chop the vegetables, add black and red pepper.
4. Bring to boil and to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
