Smoothies

Smoothies are a great idea for Breakfast! Prepare a green smoothie, which will give you the energy and good spring mood for the whole day!

Ingredients:

The Apple – 1 PC.
Carrot – 1 PC.
Broccoli (boiled or steamed) – 4 PCs.
Spinach – 10-15 leaves
Orange juice – 1 Cup

Smoothies

Preparation:

1. Finely chop carrots and broccoli, add orange juice and mix in a blender.
2.Add the remaining ingredients and mix until a thick homogeneous mass.
