Simple chicken roll

You will need

–eggs (4 PCs.);
–cheese (40 g);
–mayonnaise (140 g);
–semolina (30 g);
–minced chicken (270g);
–onions (1-2 PCs.);
–salt, pepper;
–a mixture of Italian herbs (7 grams).

1. Break the eggs into a bowl and stir, place the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and grated on a grater cheese. Then pour the semolina in the mixture and wait until the grits swell this will take 5-8 minutes.
2. Chop the onion into small pieces and fry on hot olive oil. Add the chicken to the pan, close the pan with a lid and simmer. Put the prepared minced meat with onions in a Cup, leave to cool.

3. Grease a baking tray with cooking oil, line with parchment paper for baking, pour the batter from eggs, cheese and mayonnaise. Sprinkle a mixture of Italian herbs. Watch carefully that the mixture is evenly distributed on the baking sheet. The thickness of the layer of dough should be no more than 3 cm.
4. Omelet cooked in a few minutes. Next, remove the pan, carefully remove the first layer of the roll and allow it to cool. Prepare a foil on which to put the stuffing. Roll the roulade tightly close the foil from the sides and place in the oven for baking. After 40-50 minutes you will have tender chicken roulade.
