Sand strudel with apples

Ingredients:
— Butter or spread — 200 g
— 1 Cup sugar
— Flour — 1 Cup
— Egg — 2 PCs.
— Apples — 2-3 PCs.
Cinnamon — 1 tsp.

Preparation:


1. Take soft butter. Shred it to pieces.
2. Add to it the flour and sugar.
3. Fray the dough into crumbs.
4. Then add eggs and knead the dough. Suddenly, not enough flour, you can still add a couple of tablespoons.
5. Wraps the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge. Shortbread dough should be left in the fridge for about an hour.
6. After an hour take out the dough from the refrigerator and allow it to cool slightly. When the dough becomes pliable begin to form the roll. Roll the dough thinly. On the layer of dough spread grated apples.
7. Sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
8. Twisted loaf and put it on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
9. Cut the strudel warm, otherwise it will crumble. Put the tea and we invite everyone to the table.
