Rolls of trout with cucumber and cream cheese

Ingredients:
— 200 g salted trout or salmon
— 2 medium cucumber
— cream cheese (Philadelphia, Mascarpone) or thick cream

Rolls of trout with cucumber and cream cheese

Preparation:


1. One cucumber cut into thin long cubes, the second slices.
2. Fish cut into thin plastics (I used already sliced fish).
3. Grease the cheese.
4. Put the cucumber.
5. To minimize the roll.
6. Cut the roll slices thickness of 1-2 cm.
7. If desired, from the circle of cucumber cut figures (with a knife or molds).
8. On cucumbers put the rolls.
