Ingredients:

— 2 eggs
— 2 tbsp flour
— 100 gr. cheese

Quick cheese scones

Preparation:

1. Whites separated from the yolks, yolks to mix with flour and grated cheese, proteins separately vzbit in foam and enter into the mixture.
2. Spoon on a baking sheet, buttered and in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
