Pumpkin smoothie with Apple and banana

Ingredients:
fresh pumpkin 500 g
banana 1 PC.
apples 3 PCs.
low-fat yogurt or natural yogurt – 1 Cup
honey, ground cinnamon to taste

Pumpkin smoothie with Apple and banana

Preparation:


A pumpkin to clear of a peel, to choose the seeds. Pumpkin seeds can be dried in the oven, remove husks and add to salads, pastries, desserts.
Peeled pumpkin cut into cubes, put in a greased form. Put in the oven with the temperature 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Bake the pumpkin until it becomes soft and will not evaporate excess fluid. Cool, transfer to a bowl.
Banana cut into slices. If you need a chilled smoothie, and baked until the pumpkin cools, soak the banana in the freezer.
Apples peel, cut into small cubes – so it will be easier for the blender to turn them into a smooth puree.
First grind in a blender the bananas until smooth. Add to them slices of apples.
Put in the banana-Apple puree baked pumpkin. Whisk until smooth.
Add to your favorite smoothie sweetener – honey or stevia.
Pour a Cup of nonfat kefir or natural yogurt. Beat with a blender all the ingredients into a smooth, lush mass.
Pour smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or ground almonds.
