Potatoes with cheese sauce with ham


Potatoes — 1 kg
Vegetable oil — 4 tbsp
Coriander — 1 tsp
Nutmeg — 0.5 tsp.
Cumin — 0.5 tsp.
Garlic — 3 cloves
Onion — 1 PC.
Ham — 200 g
Cheese — 200 g
Sour cream — 200 ml
lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Salt, pepper — to taste

Potatoes with cheese sauce with ham


1. Potatoes cleaned and cut into thin plates. The pressed through garlic press and add to the potatoes. Next add the nutmeg, cumin, coriander, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. All mix thoroughly and spread the potatoes in a baking tray.

4. Cover the sauce potato and again put into the oven for 15 — 20 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
