Potatoes, baked in garlic butter

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel. While cooking potatoes make garlic sauce:
for 5 potatoes:

●butter — 100 g
●garlic — 4 st
●parsley — 3 tablespoons
●sour cream — 1 tablespoon
●cheese varieties — 5 tablespoons

Cooking oil:

Oil put in a bowl.
The garlic peel, crush and chop. Parsley finely chop, cheese grate on a fine grater. All combine, add sour cream, season with salt and pepper, stir well.
Peeled potatoes cut lengthwise and put into a form, lightly oiled. Arrange garlic oil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Can be eaten as a side dish, or as a separate dish.
