There is a thin pizza, and pizza is delicious! This pizza recipe is especially lovers of homemade cakes, because in addition to tasty toppings, this pizza is very tasty, crispy and flavorful dough.


● one Cup of yogurt and water;
● 7 cups of flour;
● tablespoon dry yeast;
● 5 tablespoons vegetable oil (fragrant sunflower);
● tablespoon sugar;
● teaspoon of salt.

For the filling:

● 500 gr. sausages can two / three types (I have smoked and boiled);
● 100 gr. hard cheese;
● 10-15 PCs. of olives;
● mayonnaise and ketchup 3-4 tablespoons;
● 3 tomatoes;
● large white onion;
● 1 bell pepper.


1) combine yogurt, salt, sugar, oil. Heated to 35 degrees water (lukewarm), add the yeast. When yeast has risen «cap» (5-8 minutes), combine yogurt and yeast water;

2) add the flour (pre-sifted), knead the dough. Cover with a cotton towel. Waiting for 40-45 minutes. If the kitchen is cold, the dough is rising longer – 1.5-2 hours. Landmark – the dough should grow twice;
3) while the dough is suitable, do meats: sausage, cut into «sticks» or «square». Tomatoes cut in half, cut out the bottom and cut into thin slices. Onion cut into half rings (I cut in half). Peppers can be cut or shredded or square. Grate cheese on a small grater;

4) lubricating oil pan, distribute the dough. Brush with oil and hands, so the dough didn’t stick;
5) lightly sprinkle the dough with black pepper, then add the ketchup;

6) spread a layer of sausage;

7) a layer of peppers and tomatoes; olives;

9) mayonnaise;

10) cheese.

Bake pizza 35-45 minutes. The temperature in the oven – 200 gr.
