Pie of potatoes

— 4-5 potatoes
— 2 onions
— 1 leg quarter
— 2 eggs
— 100 g of sour cream (kefir)
— 100 g of mayonnaise
— 1 tbsp. flour
— 0.5 tsp. soda

Pie of potatoes


1.On a greased and floured form, the bottom and sides, put the potatoes in round slices, sprinkle with salt;

2.then meat + salt, pepper; onion +salt and pepper

Pour the batter: combine eggs +salt +sour cream +mayonnaise +flour +soda.

3.Bake in a heated to 180-190*C oven for 45-50 minutes. Flip the cake onto a flat dish!
