Ingredients:
-Sunflower oil to taste
-Tagliatelle 450 g
-Onions 1 PC.
-Carrots 1 PC.
-Ground pork 500 g
-Cheese 400 g
-Salt to taste
-Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:


In a well-heated pan fry ground pork (can any other, according to your taste)
Roast until the stuffing, peel and chop the onion and grate the carrot.
After 30 minutes in the beef add the chopped onion and carrot, cover and let cook another 10 minutes.
While the mince is cooked, heat a small pan of water, when the water is boiling carefully lower there «the nest» ( as you conveniently can in a colander or a spoon) hold in boiling water for 1 — 1.5 minutes, put everything on a baking sheet.
When the mince is cooked, put the filling in the slot. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, in a baking dish pour a little water (about to the middle of the pasta) and leave for 30 minutes.
While baked pasta, cheese to grate.
30 minutes to get the pan out of the oven, and sprinkle with grated cheese, and put another 5 minutes. The dish is ready.
