Panna cotta with strawberries

Panna cotta literally melts in your mouth, and the strawberries perfectly emphasizes the delicate flavor of cream.

Preparation time: 20 minutes+ cooling

You will need:

400 ml. of 20% cream
0.5 tablespoons of instant gelatin
3 tablespoons sugar
1 sachet (10 gr.) vanilla sugar
100 gr. strawberry
2 teaspoons powdered sugar

How to prepare:

1. Gelatin fill 2-3 tablespoons cold water, allow to swell 5 minutes, then put in a bowl with hot water and stir until it melts.

2. Cream mix with sugar and vanilla sugar, heat stirring until the sugar has dissolved, if the mixture negrelos until lukewarm then add the gelatin and stir, pour into molds, if the cream is too hot they need to cool.

3. Put the molds with the cream overnight in the fridge or for 4-5 hours.

4. Strawberries cut into small cubes, mix with powdered sugar, put on a frozen Panna cotta, top to pour the juice formed.
