Ingredients:
For test pancake cake:
●Eggs – 3 PCs.
●Milk – 300 ml.
●Flour – 150 gr.
●Greens – 1-2 beam.

For the filling pancake pie:
●Tomatoes – 5-6 PC.
●Cheese – 200 gr.
●Garlic optional

Pancake pie

Preparation:


1. First, prepare the dough for pancakes.
2. To do this, mix eggs, milk and flour, add salt and sugar to taste and finely chopped herbs. 3. From the resulting dough will make 5-6 thin pancakes.
4. On the laid paper baking sheet put layers of pancakes and sliced tomatoes, sprinkling each layer with grated cheese (you can add garlic to taste).
5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 min.
The pancake cake is ready!
