-Water — 125 ml (1/2 Cup)
-Butter — 50 g
-Wheat flour in/s — 100 g
-Potato starch (1 tbsp with a small hill) — 20 g
-Chicken eggs — 3 PCs.
-Hard cheese — 100 g
-Salt — 1 pinch
Filling No. 1:
-Hard cheese — 50 g
-Garlic — 2 small cloves
-Mayonnaise — 3 tbsp
Filling No. 2:
-Salmon (liquid drained) — 1/2 jar (240 g)
-Cottage cheese («Crème Bonjour») — 1/2 jar
-Fish ROE («Santa Bremor», salmon) — 1-2 tbsp

Chicken fillet baked with vegetables and cheese

Chicken fillet baked with vegetables and cheese

Ingredients:
-3 chicken fillets
-1 bell pepper
-2 small tomatoes
-1 tsp flour
Milk -120 ml.
-1 tbsp tomato paste(or ketchup)
-1 tbsp butter
-1 onion
-2 cloves of garlic
~40 g of cheese
-Vegetable oil
-Salt,black pepper
-Oregano,Basil

Chicken fillet baked with vegetables and cheese

Preparation:
1) chop the Onion finely together with the garlic fry in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes, add chopped pepper and cook for ~5 minutes until soft pepper. Transfer to a baking dish.
2) Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and fry in the same pan until tender, about 10 minutes. At the end add the tomato paste, stir. Transfer to a baking pan for the onion and pepper.
3) In the same pan melt the butter,add the flour and milk and cook until thick (a minute). Evenly pour them chicken.
4) cut the Tomatoes into small pieces and lay on top. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano and Basil. Put in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
5) remove from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and put another 5 minutes.
