INGREDIENTS
20-23 PCs. cancelloni (large shells)
300-400 g chicken mince
2 sweet pepper (green and red)
1 small onion
200 ml chicken stock or water
1 large clove of garlic
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
a bunch of parsley
For the sauce:
400 ml of milk
30 g of CL oils
1 tablespoon flour
70 g of cheese
a pinch of nutmeg
salt/pepper

METHOD OF PREPARATION

add 2/3 of cheese to sauce, stir. Pour it into the form in which we bake our pasta.
Collect our casserole: stuffing the cooled shells.
Spread filled with spaghetti sauce. Top with remaining cheese and put into the oven for 25 minutes at 200 gr.
