lightweight and incredibly airy dessert. This cake is the official dessert of Massachusetts. It was invented by French chef M. Sanzian.

Ingredients:

Flour — 125 g
Egg — 4 PCs.
Sugar — 150 g
Baking powder — 1 tsp
Lemon juice — 1 tsp
Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp

Cheese rosettes

Simple and quick recipe.

Ingredients:

Dough:
●Pack of cheese
●Stick of butter
●Large 8-9 tablespoons of flour (with slide)
●1-2 tablespoons for topping the table when rolling. How much is in grams — I don’t know, I do everything by eye. The dough should not be too soft — will spread, and not too steep-there will be crackers.

Preparation:

1. All the ingredients (except sugar)to mix, knead the dough and roll out into a thin layer with a thickness of about 3 mm.

Ingredients:

For cake:
3 tbsp. flour;
1 Bank of condensed milk;
1 egg;
1 tsp. of baking soda (to repay vinegar).
For the cream:
750 g of milk;
200 g butter;
1.5 tbsp. sugar;
2 eggs;
3-4 tbsp flour
1 sachet of vanilla

Preparation:

Make the batter for the cake by mixing all the ingredients (flour, condensed milk, eggs, soda). Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
Roll out one piece of diameter larger than the pan and place on a heated griddle.
After a minute, turn over (cakes are fried very quickly).
Shot cut the cake (scraps will then topping the cake).
Make the filling
Mix all ingredients except oil, and set on fire until thick, while stirring intensively.
In the end add in the hot cream butter.
Cakes lubricated with warm cream, the top and sides sprinkle the crushed crumbs.
