Outdoor meat pie

Pie just delight!! delicate potato dough and a lot of juicy and flavorful toppings I advise you to try!! The cake was delicious and hot and cold!!


For the dough:
200 gr. potatoes,
200gr. flour,
1 egg,
50gr. butter,

For the filling:

500gr. pork (or ground beef),
2 bell peppers,
1 tomato,
2 small onions,,
100 ml heavy cream (33-38%),
100 ml. milk,
2 small eggs (fill)
2 tbsp tomato paste,
a little grated cheese.

Potatoes finely chop and boil in salted water until tender. Then drain the water,potato mash. Add the egg,oil,mix well. Add flour and knead the dough. Put it in split form,making bumpers
sent in the freezer while preparing the filling. Pepper cut into not large, lightly fry. Grind the onion,fry in a separate pan,add the meat,cut into small cubes, fry until almost cooked,sprinkle with salt.

Add the peppers and chopped tomato, spread the filling on the dough. mix cream,milk and tomato paste. Add the egg,whisk lightly. Add salt,pepper. Pour the pie filling
bake 40 minutes at a temperature of 200C. 10 minutes before readiness sprinkle with grated cheese.
