black coffee — 400 g
the orange liqueur — 2/3 Cup
orange — 4 slices
orange peel grated — 1/4 teaspoon
sugar powder — 1/2 tsp
thick cream — 1 tbsp

Orange coffee


1. Whip the cream to a froth, adding the powdered sugar and the orange zest.
2. The resulting mixture refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. Slices of orange peel from the membrane.
4. When serving hot coffee pour into cups, add liqueur, mix well.
5. On top put whipped cream and slices of orange.
