Orange cheesecakes

Ingredients for pancakes:

— 400 g of cottage cheese
— 100 g of sugar (can take more if you like sweeter)
— almost 1 Cup flour
— 1 egg
— 1/2 orange
— vanilla sugar or vanillin
— 2 tablespoons of sour cream
— vegetable oil for frying

For the sauce:
1 Cup thick cream
— 2 tablespoons sugar
— 1/2 orange


With half of the orange to remove the zest and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice.

In a large bowl (preferably a processor) combine the cheese, sugar, egg, sour cream, zest and orange juice.

Gradually add flour and knead dough uncool.

Dough can be rolled up balls-billet or divide the dough into loaves, with which to cut round blanks for cheesecakes.

With a fork flatten them into cakes.

Arrange on a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until Golden brown in moderate heat.

For the sauce, cut two round slices from the orange and finely chop them together with the skin. Then grind in a blender with the sugar and mix with sour cream. Add the zest, removed with the remaining orange.
