Onion rings

— onions 2 heads
— eggs 2 pieces
— sour cream 100 g
— wheat flour 100 g
— salt 1 teaspoon
— vegetable oil

Onion rings


1. To cut onion rings with a thickness of 6 mm.
2. Pour over rings in the colander with boiling water.
3. For the batter: beat eggs, add salt and sour cream, stir in flour. Consistency as on pancakes.
4. Dip rings into the batter.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan, gently fry the rings on both sides until Golden brown.

Can be served with tomato or white garlic sauce.
