Oat biscuits with bananas

Oat biscuits is characterized by its speed of cooking, besides it’s a good way of recycling stale bananas. Delicious and healthy, a great way to eat without harm to the figures.

Oat biscuits with bananas

You will need:

oat flakes will take the dough
2 banana
100 g butter
60 gr of brown sugar
4 tablespoons liquid honey

Oat biscuits with bananas

How to prepare:

1. In a small saucepan slowly heat butter, sugar and honey, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Add mashed in mashed bananas and cereal, enough to make a thick mass.

2. Put the dough on a buttered baking paper in a layer of 1-1,5 cm. Bake at 180 degrees until tender, 20-30 minutes. Oatmeal crust remove from the oven, cut random pieces and put back for 5 minutes in the oven.
