Meatloaf in pastry at home

— 50 g butter
— 1 large onion chopped
— 1 clove of garlic
— 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
— 700 g minced pork
— 2 teaspoons mustard
— 1 egg
— 450 g puff pastry
— 3 hard-boiled eggs
— salt, pepper

Meatloaf in pastry at home


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. In butter fry on low heat the onion, garlic and parsley.
3. In the beef and put stir fried onions with greens, add the mustard and most of the egg (leave a little for greasing the dough), salt and pepper.
Eggs cut in half.
4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
Place in the middle half of the stuffing on top of half the eggs.

5. On the long sides of the rectangle to make it through 2 cm oblique incision. Wrap the top and bottom edge of the dough with the meat. Lift the strips and connect them crosswise, holding the stuffing. Using the dough scraps to decorate the roulade
6. Grease the dough with the remaining egg and bake for 40 minutes (until Golden brown).
