Meat muffins


Mince any 350 g
Onion — 1 PC.
Salt, pepper, cumin, ground coriander to taste
Egg – 1 PC.
1 tbsp sour cream
Cheese grated on a fine grater — 3 tablespoons

Meat muffins

1. Onion cut into cubes and lightly fry.
2. Forcemeat mix with onions, add salt and spices, and stir very well to beat off a bowl about 20-30 times.
3. For the filling beat with a fork egg, add sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
4. In cupcake tins to distribute to each cell in the same quantity of meat.
5. Make a hole with a finger. Every hole to fill the egg — cheese mixture. To put bake for 30 minutes at 200*. Then cool slightly, remove from molds.Serve with favorite side dish.
