Ingredients:
Sour cream — 800 gr
Gelatin — 20 g
1 Cup sugar
-Banana‘ kiwi, pears, tangerines – to taste
Cocoa powder — to taste

Low-calorie dessert

Preparation:


Soak gelatine in water, let it swell, dissolve in the fire without boiling, cool, add in the cream, add sugar, mix thoroughly, pour into mold ½ of the entire mass, put layers cut into pieces of fruit, pour on top the remaining sour cream. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured. Sprinkle on top of the cocoa powder.
