Kalmar in cream sauce.

You will need:

Squid 1 pc
Butter 10 g
Sour cream 2 tablespoons
1 pinch of salt
Seasoning for fish 1 pinch
Water 70 mL
Wheat flour 0.5 tbsp

Kalmar in cream sauce

How to cook:

Stage 1.
It will take one bird thawed squid, a little butter, sour cream, flour and seasoning for fish. You can take your favorite spices.

Step 2.
Squid wash, remove the inner chord and place for 1 minute in salted boiling water. Remove, let cool slightly and cut into strips.

Stage 3.
In a frying pan to dissolve the butter, put strips of squid, lightly fry. Add the flour, stir, put the sour cream and water (boiling).

Step 4.
After boiling, reduce the heat, add salt, add seasoning for fish. Stir, cover, simmer for a minute. Remove from heat.

Step 5.
Serve immediately after cooking.
