Ice cream with whipped cream and ginger

Ingredients:

— 300 g custard
— 226 g whipped cream
— 4 tablespoons of ginger syrup
— 2 finely chopped stem ginger
— 1 roasted rhubarb

Ice cream with whipped cream and ginger

Preparation:


1. the mixer mix the custard, whipped cream and ginger syrup. Transfer to a bowl and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
2. When the mixture freezes around the edges, remove and allow it to settle a bit.

3. Before serving sprinkle with finely chopped ginger. Serve on the same plate with roasted rhubarb. Their taste is exquisite.
