How to cook a «Big Mac«

Ingfedients for two servings:

ground beef 200 g
2 sweet buns with sesame seeds (there are already sliced for hamburgers)
1 jar of large pickles
one head of iceberg lettuce (you can substitute another variety)
half the bulbs
processed cheese in flat square slices
Cup mayonnaise (preferably low calorie)
3-4 tbsp French sauce for salads
2 tablespoons chopped pickles
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dried onions
1 teaspoon vinegar (can not add)
ground black pepper
Gelnica or frying pan




1. Knead the ground beef, season with salt and pepper to taste. Besides salt and pepper to add anything not necessary.
