Hot creamy chocolate

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup cocoa powder
3/4 Cup sugar
pinch of salt
1/3 Cup water (boiling water)
700 ml of milk
1/2 Cup cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar

Hot creamy chocolate

Preparation:


Take a pan, pour it cocoa, sugar and salt, mix well. Stirring constantly, pour the boiling water and, stirring, bring mixture to a boil.
Cook for 2 minutes, making sure not to burn the mix. Then add the milk and heat, without boiling.
Remove from heat, add vanilla sugar, pour into 4 mugs, add the cream.
Before serving, cool slightly.
