Hot chocolate


— 1 liter of milk
— 200 g of chocolate (bitter or milk)
— 2-3 tablespoons starch (potato)

Hot chocolate


Starch is diluted in 1 cup of milk. The rest of the milk poured into a pan, put over medium heat, add the chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is dissolved. Then add the milk with the starch, mix well, heat until, until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
