You will need:

100 g chocolate
200 g of cottage cheese
50 g butter (room temperature)
3 tbsp condensed milk

How to prepare:


1. 65 g chocolate breaks into pieces and melt in a water bath. Culinary brush coat the bottom and sides of the silicone molds (molds don’t need to grease), put them in the fridge for 20 minutes. (I applied one layer of chocolate, sent the molds in the freezer for 2 minutes and applied a second layer of chocolate to the moulds were strong). At this time, beat the cottage cheese with condensed milk and butter.

2. If the mass is too thick, add a little more condensed milk. The remaining chocolate rattaphum in a water bath. Chocolate molds filled cheese weight on it distribute the remaining chocolate and again sent the molds in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
