Grated pie for tea — simple and delicious!

Ingredients:

● Jam
● 250 g margarine or butter
● 2-2,5 cups flour
● 1 Cup sugar
● 2 eggs
● 1 package vanilla sugar
● 1 packet of baking powder

Grated pie for tea - simple and delicious!

Preparation:

1. Frozen butter or margarine grate.

2. Add all remaining ingredients except jam.

3. Knead homogeneous dough. The resulting dough is divided into 2 parts. One part is bigger, the other is smaller. Place large piece of dough in the fridge. A small piece wrapped in a package and send in the freezer.

4. Form for baking grease with butter and sprinkle semolina.

5. Large pull out a piece of dough from the fridge and hands arrange on the bottom of the form. Pierce with a fork.

6. Spread the cake with jam.

7. Then get a small piece of dough from the freezer, and grate on a grater on top of our cake.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
