Gingerbread cookies

— 180 gr of honey
— 70 gr sugar
— 70 gr SL oil
— 350 gr of flour
— 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon,ginger,cardamom and baking powder
— 1 egg
+ icing(1 egg white,200 g sugar powder, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice)

Gingerbread cookies


Warm the honey with the sugar and lyrics. oil, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat , cool.
Add to flour spices and baking powder.

In the honey mass to enter the egg and flour mixture, stir. Leave for 2 hours at room temperature.
After 2 hours roll out the dough 1 cm thick , cut out biscuits, cocktail straw to make a hole and bake in the oven 180C for 15-20 minutes.

While cookies are cooling make the glaze –
For this purpose the powdered sugar mix with lemon juice and protein.
Stir thoroughly and decorate cookies as desired. You can add food coloring and make the cookies colorful.

Leave for a couple of hours for glaze to harden.
