Georgian sauce Satsebeli (recipe for the winter)

Well, very tasty!!!

Probably the most popular Georgian sauce. Served, of course, the meat, the sauce makes it really delicious, you can prepare this sauce at home and indulge in winter, adding to the ingredients drop of love and care for their households.

To prepare Georgian sauce Satsebeli we need:
tomato juice — 4 l (1 Cup of juice once selected)

sweet pepper — 5 PCs.
hot peppers — 2 PCs.
2 heads of garlic

Pepper and garlic mince

sugar — 2 cups
salt — 2 tbsp
ground coriander — 6 tsp.
mol. black. pepper — 2 tsp.

Georgian sauce Satsebeli (recipe for the winter)

All of these ingredients mix and simmer 15 min., then add:

1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch Basil
Cook for another 5 min.

Add 1 Cup of vinegar. Also add the previously selected 1 Cup tomato juice diluted with 4 tablespoons of starch.

Cook for another 5 min. Hot pour into jars.
