Fried chicken drumsticks with olives and Greek bread

I love this chicken… Olives give it such a wonderful aroma and taste… the Sauce just spoon you can eat, and best of bread in it thought)))))… Try it and you — I’m sure you will like it!!!

Ingredients:

10 chicken drumsticks (I had quite small)
3 fresh tomatoes (or in its own juice)
2 onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
olives (I as always — with lemon)
greens
oil for frying

Preparation:

Fry the drumsticks for 2 minutes on each side. Put in a bowl. Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skin and cut into small cubes. Onion cut into half rings. Crush the garlic. In a bowl, where they fry the chicken, put the tomatoes, onion and simmer for 5 minutes. Add chicken. Cook another 15 minutes. Add the garlic, olives and herbs and leave for 10 minutes on slow fire….

For Greek cakes:
250 gr flour
175 ml warm water
1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp sugar
salt

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let it rest under a towel for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll out tortillas. Fry on a dry pan.
