Fondant

Ingredients:
The dark chocolate — 100 Grams
Butter — 100 Grams
Eggs — 2 Pieces
Powdered sugar — 4 Tbsp. spoon
Flour — 2 Tbsp. spoon
Cocoa — to taste

Preparation:

1. In a water bath (over a saucepan of boiling water) melt the chocolate and butter until smooth.
2. Meanwhile in a separate bowl thoroughly whisk the egg whites (to steep peaks). There is add the powdered sugar and the egg yolks, again a good beat.
3. The resulting egg mixture, add to melted chocolate. Stir with a spatula. Add to the mixture the flour. Mix. Yes, important — and add the flour and egg mixture, you need to already cooled down to room temperature melted chocolate. If you add in a hot — get nonsense.
