Fluffy pancakes

Lush, light, moderately sweet!

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
— 310 ml of water
— 1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
— 2 tablespoons sugar
— vegetable oil for baking

Preparation:

To mix the products in the order in which they are written (Without oil!).

Cover and put in a warm place for an hour.

To get the container with the doughthe dough does NOT MIX!

Preheat the pan, pour some oil, heat.

Oven on medium heat from both sides for 2 minutes under the lid.
Serve with honey.
