Festive snack Sushi cake

Ingredients:
-Sushi rice – 2 cups
-White sesame seeds (optional) 2-3 tbsp
-Salted chum salmon (salmon or any other fish) — 200 g
-Egg — 2 PCs
-Crab meat — 200 g
-Mayonnaise — 3-4 tbsp
-Wasabi — 1-2 tsp.
-Fresh cucumber or avocado — 1 PC

Preparation:


1. Cook rice as sushi.
2.To prepare the filling:
-From 2 eggs to fry 2-3 thin egg pancake. To slice them thin «noodles». Crab meat cut into sticks.
— Cucumber cut into thin slices. Mix mayonnaise with wasabi.
3. The prepared sushi rice (cooked and mixed with vinegar, salt and sugar) mixed with sesame seeds. Leave for a few minutes.
4. Start layering.
-The form should be covered with plastic wrap, moisten it with a little water with vinegar.
-Put a layer of fish. Plump that there were no gaps
-Spread 1/3 of the rice, make the pastry and seal
-Put egg «noodles» and top with crab meat.
-Put half of the remaining rice, sprinkle with sauce of mayonnaise with wasabi.
-Put the cucumber, cut into strips.
-Add remaining rice, it is good to level and flatten. Close with cling film.
-Put under pressure for about 1 hour. In the fridge is not necessary to remove the rice does not dry out.
5. After 1 hour, to remove the burden, to pull the cake from the form. Flip the fish on a plate layer up.
Decorate as desired.

Can be eaten with soy sauce or without.
