Eclairs

Ingredients:

Milk – 1 Cup (250 ml).
Butter – 100 gr.
Flour – 150 gr.
Salt – a pinch.
Eggs – 4 pieces.

Preparation:

In a saucepan pour the milk, put the butter, a pinch of salt. A good oil to melt and add the sifted flour stirring constantly to make a mass and remove from heat. Then whipping the mass one by one add the eggs. I eggs were added immediately into the hot dough. The finished mass is filled into a pastry bag or syringe, and squeeze out the strips with length 10 cm on a greased or laid with parchment baking sheet. Custard:
400 ml milk,
2 yolks,
1.5 tbsp flour,
The 1.5 tbsp starch,
80 gr of sugar,
vanilla

Preparation:

In utensils for microwave RUB yolks with sugar and vanillin, pour milk and add the flour, starch. Mix well to avoid lumps in the microwave for 3-5 minutes on MAX power (micro… heating function). Be SURE every minute to take out and good-a good mix that would avoid lumps. The density of the cream depends on how much cooking time I have to cook the cream took 4 minutes.
