Dessert cheesecake Marbled

Ingredients:
-The cheese is not greasy — 500 g
-sour cream 15 % — 500 g
vanillin, sugar — glass,
-cocoa powder — 3 tbsp,
-milk — 100 ml
-instant coffee — 2 tsp,
-gelatin — 40 g

Curd mix with the sugar and beat well with a blender. Pre-soak the gelatine in cold water. Warm the milk and add to warm milk swollen gelatin. Milk with gelatin to heat over low heat until the gelatin has dissolved, but do not boil! Add to cheese mixture with the milk and the gelatin and mix. Divide the mixture into 3 parts. In one add cocoa to another coffee (slightly diluted with water), in the third — the white part — vanillin.
The salad bowl or the form should cover with cling film. In the middle of the form put the mixture in turn with 2 tbsp (like a cake «Zebra»). Dessert to put in the fridge to harden for 5 hours. Frozen dessert to turn over onto a plate and remove the film.
