Cutlets of chicken or Turkey

Ingredients:

Minced Turkey or chicken (I cook Turkey) — 800 grams;
Semolina — 4 tablespoons;
Sour cream — 2 tablespoons;
Egg — 1 piece;
Parsley, dill 3-4 blade;
Granulated sugar — 2 teaspoons;
Mustard — 2 teaspoons;
Salt, spices — to taste

Cutlets of chicken or Turkey

Preparation:

Beef, semolina, sour cream, egg, mustard, sugar, salt and spices in one bowl. Finely chop the greens, add and mix thoroughly.
Mince the result is a watery, like this, it’s good to take a spoon, not your hands.
On a heated with oil pan spread it with a spoon meatballs and fry them on each side for 2-3 minutes — to get a Golden crust, but not overfry.

Then add to the pan a little water, cover it with a lid and leave on low heat for 10 minutes: five on each side.
All cakes are ready. Remove them from the heat, put on a plate and tuck for both cheeks.
