Ingredients:
— 2 herring
— 150g butter
— 1 bunch of dill

Curls of herring

Preparation: 


1. We need two salted herring fillets.
2. Butter rub with chopped dill.
3. Remove the fillets from the marinade dried on a paper towel and causes generously butter.
4. Minimize to roll. These are the beauties we have. Remove them for 20 minutes in the freezer until completely hardened oil.
5. Rolls thinly cut into rings. Very tasty with homemade bread!
