Croissants with marmalade


● 4 cups flour
● 200 gr. butter or margarine
● 200 gr. sour cream
● 1 egg
● 0.5 tsp. salt
● 0.5 tsp. of baking soda and vinegar to extinguish

3 cups flour pour into a Cup, put the softened butter or margarine, break the egg, add salt and sour cream, baking soda to extinguish vinegar, add to a future test. Stir, start kneading the dough. The last Cup of flour to sprinkle on the table and put the dough, knead not too steep, but elastic! Form the dough into a ball, put back in bowl, cover and refrigerate. Meanwhile, cut the jelly into 4 pieces lengthways to form long strips.

To get the dough, divide into 4 parts, each part to roll up into a ball, flatten the top, then roll out thinly into a circle shape. Cut the layer into 12 segments, the widest part of each of them to put on a marshmallow and roll rolls. Put the rolls on a floured baking sheet. Bake in a preheated to 200-220 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Do not wait until the dough is browned. The rolls should remain pale Golden!
