Crispy and delicious biscuits on the beer

Ingredients:

Flour 2 cups (200 ml)
Margarine — 1 packet (200 g)
Beer — 0,5 V.

Crispy and delicious biscuits on the beer

Preparation:

1. Chop the margarine into the flour with a knife, in crumbs, then a little rubbing hands and when the mass will turn into a small light crumb, add the beer gradually, maybe it’s not necessary, knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. To get the dough, roll it into a layer with a width of 3-4 mm and cut biscuits with cookie cutters or cut into the dough with rhombs. Dip each cookie in sugar, tightly pressed, and on a baking sheet with a silicone Mat.
3. Bake in the oven on 220 gr. about 25-30 minutes until Browning.
Delicious, crunchy biscuits are ready, with minimal effort and ingredients, a nice family tea party!
