Cottage cheese pancakes-Austrian

For the dough

125 g flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
A glass of milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla sugar

For the filling

50 g butter at room temperature
50 g of sugar
250 g of layered cheese (I substituted 150 grams of cream cheese+100 g soft cheese)
5 tbsp sour cream (I added 3 tbsp)
75 g raisins
3 egg whites
2 yolks

To fill

Half a glass of milk
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon sugar
For coating
2 tbsp sugar
Half tsp cinnamon

All the ingredients for the dough stir well and remove for 20-30 minutes


Beat butter with sugar.Cottage cheese and cream cheese mix,add the egg yolks,sour cream and raisins.Beat the whites.Enter the proteins in the cottage cheese and mix gently.In the pan to bake thin pancakes (I got 8 pieces).The form to grease with butter.On the pancake to put the stuffing.Roll roll and cut in half diagonally.Pancakes to lay the tiles into shape.


Mix well the ingredients and pour over the pancakes.Preheat the oven to 180.Bake 30-35 min. to Get it and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
