COTTAGE CHEESE CAKE «TEARS OF AN ANGEL»

Ingredients:

For the basics :
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
80 g butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 small egg

For the filling:

500 g of cottage cheese
0,5 article sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp of semolina
100 g sour cream or thick cream
vanilla

For souffle:


3 egg whites
3 tbsp powdered sugar

Basis:

Mix the flour with the baking powder and chop with chilled butter.Beat eggs with sugar. Mix all and knead the dough. Ready wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 30 min.

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.

For souffle:
